'Hoe gaat het, Amsterdam?'
"Hooroo," car-culture, and "hallo," bike-culture!!!
"I'm leaving on a jet-plane, don't know when I'll be back again..."
...well actually, I'll be back at the end of October, but until then I'll be cycling my little heart out in Europe, first stop AMSTERDAM!!!
PARADISE!!!

Oh my... I hope 'we' can live up to your expectations... ;-)
ReplyDeleteDo look beyond Amsterdam center! It is not exactly how the rest of the Netherlands is. Yes they have a lot of bikes there, but the beautiful cycle-infrastructure is elsewhere.
Rotterdam seems to be like Melbourne (at least according to my Australian relatives who went there.)
I am sure your program is packed but if you have a day without guide and you would need one, don't hesitate to contact me.
Have fun!
That is a great piece of sculpture...
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful time Sue! Catch up and hear all your Euro bicycle stories when you return ?
